Shane has been with Fairway Independent Mortgage since 2016 and brings over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, dating back to 2005. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive knowledge across various areas, including processing, underwriting, originating, loss mitigation, and management.

Shane takes pride in offering a highly analytical and customer-centric approach to his work. He is committed to clear communication and always goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are well-informed and comfortable throughout the mortgage process. His goal is to be a trusted advisor, providing the guidance and support necessary for each client to feel confident in their decisions.

Shane currently resides in Goodyear, AZ, where he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he stays active by participating in sports and activities with his kids, and he makes a point to hit the golf course whenever he can.
